By accessing or using the Pin Flow website located at pinflow.co (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pin Flow (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Pin Flow provides a web-based interface that allows users to interact with the Pinterest API to create and manage Pinterest pins and boards. The Service acts as an authorized third-party application that facilitates content creation on the Pinterest platform on your behalf and at your direction.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must also have a valid Pinterest account in good standing.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service to post content to Pinterest, you grant Pinterest the rights specified in their Terms of Service. Pin Flow does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
The Service, including its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality, is owned by Pin Flow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The Service relies on Pinterest’s API and is subject to Pinterest’s API terms and rate limits. We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of Pinterest’s API that may affect the Service. Pin Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIN FLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pin Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your Pinterest account and ceasing to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pin Flow regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
